Laser Hair Removal
Does laser removal hurt?
Each pulse is less than a second and is a similar feeling to a rubber band snap on the skin. How uncomfortable it can be depends on the skin type, hair type, area being treated and your pain threshold.
How many sessions do I need and is it permanent?
Everyone is different, some people may only need six sessions, whereas some people may need more. Top ups should be maintained between 6 and 12 months.
How long shall I go between laser appointments?
Depending on your hair, skin type and area being treated we recommend returning for your laser appointment every 4-6 weeks.
What should I avoid after my laser sessions?
We recommend wearing loose clothing, avoiding sunbeds or sunbathing, saunas, steam rooms, gym, hot baths or showers for 48 hours post appointment.
Do I need a skin test?
Yes, a patch test is required at least 48 hours before treatment can start.
What I need to know pre and post treatment?
Pre-Treatment Prep
Get the best results by prepping your skin beforehand! Make sure the area is freshly shaved—ideally the day before or at least several hours before your treatment. For smooth sailing, keep the area free from deodorant, perfume, makeup, or any creams and lotions before your session.
During Your Treatment
We’ve got you covered with protective eyewear throughout the procedure, and to keep things super comfy, we use our SmartCool chilled-air device alongside the laser to minimise any discomfort.
Post-Treatment Care
After your treatment, you might notice slight redness, heat and a bit of swelling—totally normal! For pigmented treatments, the area may darken before flaking away over 4-6 days.
If you're doing laser hair removal, we recommend shaving and exfoliating 10 days after treatment. Let everything heal naturally—avoid scratching or picking, and if a crust develops, let it fall off on its own time.
Keep your skin cool and hydrated with Aloe Vera gel.
We do not recommend wearing makeup for 24 hours post treatment.
A Few Extra Tips:
- Steer clear of hot baths, steam rooms, saunas, and swimming pools for at least 48 hours.
- Skip perfumed products for 24-48 hours.
- Avoid exfoliating or peels for 2 weeks and give tight clothing a break for 2-3 days to let your skin breathe!
- Exfoliate and shave 10 days after your treatment and do not tweezer or wax.

We recommend returning every 6-8 weeks for your lash lift and tint, any sooner can overprocess the lashes.
What is the processes of a lash lift and tint?
Lashes are bonded around a silicon shield evenly separated then are left to process and finally be tinted.
How long will my lash lift and tint last?
Your lash lift will keep those lashes looking fabulous for around 5-7 weeks, but this can vary based on your natural lash growth cycle. The best part? You won’t need maintenance appointments in between like with extensions. To keep your lashes lifted, you'll just need to repeat the treatment every 5-7 weeks when the new lashes grow in.
Keep in mind, external factors like heat (saunas), swimming, or harsh beauty products can cause your lift to drop sooner than expected. If you notice your lift relaxing early, these could be the culprits. No worries though—you can rebook, but make sure to wait at least 4 weeks before your next appointment for the best results.
How long does the treatment take?
Usually between 50 minutes to an hour.
Lash Lift & Tint Aftercare
Your lash lift is looking fab! To keep those results lasting longer, just a little extra TLC is needed, especially in the first 1-2 days post-treatment.

- Keep 'em dry! Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24 hours—so maybe skip swimming for a day or two.
