By booking an appointment, using our website, or engaging with any of our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.

Services Provided:

A & B Beauty offers a range of beauty services, including eye treatments, gel nails, manicures, pedicures, waxing, hot wax, facials, body treatments and laser hair removal. Our full list of services, including pricing and descriptions, can be found on our website.

Booking and Appointments:

    Clients may book appointments online, via phone, or in person. All bookings are subject to availability.
  • ·      Confirmations
    Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation via email or text message. Please review the details of your appointment and inform us of any discrepancies immediately.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee or result in the forfeiture of any deposit paid.

In the event of no-shows, A & B Beauty reserves the right to charge the full amount of the service.

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced, and full payment will still be required.

Payments:

    All prices for Services are listed on our website or provided at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, any changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
  • ·      Payment Methods
    We accept payment via [Credit/Debit Cards, Cash, Gift Vouchers.]. Payment must be made in full upon completion of the Service.
  • ·      Deposits
    Some treatments may require a deposit to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the total cost of the service at the time of payment.

Refunds:

Due to the personal nature of beauty services, we do not offer refunds on services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with the service, please inform us immediately, and we will endeavour to rectify the issue.

Health and Safety:

    It is your responsibility to inform A & B Beauty of any allergies, medical conditions, or other health issues that may affect your treatment. We will not be liable for any reactions or complications if such information is not disclosed.
  • ·      Contraindications
    Certain medical conditions may prevent us from performing certain treatments. If this applies, we will advise you accordingly and may recommend an alternative treatment.
